If you are not completely satisfied with your Stripes Beauty purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept product returns within 15 days of the receipt date. To begin your return, please email customercare@stripesbeauty.com with your name and order number.
Once your return is received, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the purchase price of the product only. Please note that the original flat-rate shipping cost of $4.50 is non-refundable. In addition, we do not refund any shipping charges incurred for returning the product.
